Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer? A: We are a factory with a trading department.
Q: Is OEM/ODM service available? A: Yes, we can accept OEM/ODM. Please provide your requirements or drawings (e.g., material, quantity, tolerance, 3D file, surface treatment, special requirements), and we'll follow up as soon as possible.
Q: Can you provide samples? Are they free or extra? A: Yes, we can provide samples for free, but the transportation charge is not included.
Q: What finishing options do you offer? A: We offer white/yellow zinc plating, hot dip galvanized, powder coating, stainless steel, painting, and more.
Q: What are your terms of payment? A: Our payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% against the copy of the bill of lading. We also accept L/C at sight.
Q: How long is your delivery time? A: The delivery time is about 30 days for a 20' container. The details depend on the actual orders.
